All packages include a modern, mobile-friendly WordPress site using a premium theme, built on a staging domain before going live.

Starter – from £1200

Best value package for simple brochure sites.

Includes:

– 4–5 pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Testimonials, Contact)

– Setup and styling of a premium WordPress theme

– Your logo, colours and fonts applied

– Simple contact form

– Basic on‑page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings)

– Short handover session or video showing how to edit text/images

Standard – from £1600

Best for small business sites (4–6 pages).

Includes everything in Starter, plus:

– Up to 6 pages

– Blog setup (blog listing + single post template)

– More tailored layouts using the theme builder

Plus – from £2000

Best package if you want more help with content and a more polished site.

Includes everything in Standard, plus:

– Help sourcing up to 10 stock images

– One or two simple extras (e.g. Personalised web banners, FAQs)

How the Process works

1. Discovery & Planning

We start with a short call and questionnaire to understand your business, audience and goals.

We review your current website and agree:

– The page list (4–5 pages)

– The overall structure and key calls‑to‑action

– The WordPress theme and any essential features

Payment: 30% of the project fee on booking (non‑refundable deposit).

2. Design & Theme Setup

Install WordPress and your chosen premium theme on a private staging site.

Then:

– Apply your logo, brand colours and fonts

– Design the homepage layout and key sections using the theme

– Share a preview link for feedback and approval

Payment: 30% once the homepage design is approved.

3. Build & Content

With the look‑and‑feel agreed:

– Build the remaining pages (e.g. About, Services, Contact, etc.)

– Add your text and images (and, on higher packages, improve/structure them)

– Set up navigation, footer, contact forms and basic on‑page SEO

You’ll be able to review everything on the staging site.

Payment: 30% when all pages are built and ready to review on staging.

4. Testing, Launch & Handover

Finally we:

– Test the site on mobile, tablet and desktop

– Fix any layout or link issues

– Set up basic redirects (if needed) and make the site live on your domain

– Provide a short training session or video on how to update pages and posts

Payment: Final 10% on launch.

Optional – Ongoing care

After the launch, we can look after the site for you:

Basic Care – £75/month

WordPress, theme and plugin updates, backups, basic security checks, plus up to 30 minutes of minor text/image changes per month.

Standard Care – £120/month

Everything in Basic Care, plus up to 2 hours of small design/content updates per month.

You can cancel maintenance at any time with 30 days’ notice
